1. Product Introduction

F-68 is a pure water-borne styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion specially developed for sports-court systems. It delivers good dust-proof and water-resistant performance, excellent compatibility with both cement and asphalt substrates, and high film adhesion. It is mainly used as the base material for sealer primer and reinforcing levelling layer in acrylic court systems, applicable to various indoor and outdoor sports venues. This water-borne system is asbestos-free and contains no heavy metals such as lead or mercury.

2. Scope of Application

Indoor and outdoor sports venues including tennis courts, basketball courts, badminton courts, table-tennis courts, volleyball courts and athletics fields. Suitable for asphalt and qualified cement-concrete substrates.

3. Product Features

Good compatibility with cement substrates and superior bonding strength; seals substrate capillaries and blocks alkali efflorescence from substrates.

Excellent ageing resistance and abrasion resistance.

Easy construction and maintenance; local damage can be repaired conveniently.

Moderate film hardness. As an under-layer bonding material, it ensures inter-layer adhesion of the court system.

Eco-friendly water-borne formula. Can be diluted for sealer primer application, or compounded with quartz sand and cement to prepare levelling mortar.

Note: This product is normally used as an under-layer material and shall NOT be applied as an exposed topcoat.

5. Construction Reference Parameters

⚠️ Direct thick trowelling with undiluted stock solution is NOT recommended. Two application methods are available:

Penetrating Sealer Primer (Roller Application) Dilute F-68 with purified water at ratio 1:5-6, apply one coat by roller. Required for cement substrates; NOT required for asphalt substrates.

Reinforcing Levelling Layer (Trowel Application) Mixing ratio: F-68 : 60-80 mesh quartz sand : cement = 1 : 1.5 : 0.7. Add proper amount of clean water to obtain workable trowelling consistency.

Construction ambient temperature: 5-35 ℃; optimal range: 15-30 ℃. Relative humidity: ≤85%. Substrate shall be dry, free of standing water and condensation. Construction is prohibited on rainy days.

Substrate requirements: Concrete grade C25 or higher with curing age ≥28 days. Asphalt substrate shall be fully cured, compact and flat.

Surface-dry time: 1-2 h (25 ℃, 50% RH); minimum recoating interval ≥4 h.

6. Storage Conditions

Store in original sealed containers. Freezing is strictly prohibited; freezing will cause irreversible demulsification and failure of emulsion. Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Recommended storage temperature: 10-35 ℃. Shelf-life: 6 months for unopened original packaging. Use promptly once opened.

7. Important Notes

All values above are typical test results obtained under standard laboratory conditions. Actual performance is subject to substrate condition, construction process and climatic environment.

Read this TDS and the corresponding SDS (Safety Data Sheet) in full before construction. Conduct on-site test patch to verify compatibility prior to large-scale application.

1. 产品简介

F-68 为苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物纯水性乳液，专为运动场地系统设计。具备良好防尘、防水性能，对水泥基础和沥青基础相容性优异，涂膜附着力强。主要用作丙烯酸球场系统封闭底涂、增强找平层基料；可用于室内外各类运动场地。本产品为水性体系，无石棉、不含铅汞重金属。

2. 适用范围

网球场、篮球场、羽毛球场、乒乓球场、排球场、田径场地等室内外运动场地，适用于沥青、合格水泥混凝土基础。

3. 产品特性

与水泥基材相容性好，粘结力优异，封闭基础毛细孔，阻隔基材碱析；

耐老化、耐磨性能优良；

施工维护简便，局部受损易修补；

成膜硬度适中，作为底层粘结材料，保障球场系统层间结合；

水性环保；可稀释做封闭底涂，也可搭配石英砂、水泥调配找平砂浆。

备注：本品一般作为底层材料使用，不直接作为暴露型面涂层。

⚠️本产品不建议原液直接厚刮，分两种使用方式

封闭渗透底涂（滚涂）：F-68 : 纯净水 =1:5-6 稀释，滚涂一遍，做基础封闭；（水泥基础要做，沥青基础不要做。）

2）增强找平层（刮涂）：F-68 : 60-80 目石英砂：水泥 =1 :1.5 :0.7，适量加水调至可刮涂状态。

施工环境温度：5-35℃；最佳 15-30℃；环境相对湿度≤85%；基面干燥无积水、无结露，雨天禁止施工。 基材要求：混凝土 C25 以上，养护≥28 天；沥青基础充分养护、密实平整。 表干时间：1-2h（25℃，50% RH）；重涂间隔≥4h。

6. 贮存条件

产品密封存放于原包装容器，严禁冷冻，冻结会造成乳液不可逆破乳失效；远离热源暴晒。

推荐储存温度：10-35℃；

未开封原装条件下保质期：6 个月；开封后建议尽快用完。
