AOYI Acrylic Court Coating Technical Data Sheet (TDS)

1. Product Introduction

AC-SP-500 is a one-component water-based elastic acrylic sports court coating. It adopts elastic acrylic emulsion as base material, compounded with fillers, weather-resistant pigments and functional additives. This eco-friendly water-borne system contains no asbestos, lead, mercury or other heavy metals. It features excellent UV resistance, water resistance, wear resistance and anti-slip performance. It can be constructed on asphalt and qualified cement-concrete substrates. Suitable for courts of schools, clubs and commercial venues, and complies with ITF hard-court performance requirements.

3. Complete System Structure (Elastic 3-5 mm System)

Sealer Primer: Acrylic penetrating primer. Seals the substrate and improves bonding performance; dilute with clean water and apply by roller.

Reinforcing Levelling Layer: Acrylic mixed with quartz sand and cement. Repair substrate voids and level the surface.

Elastic Shock-absorbing Layer: Elastic acrylic binder mixed with rubber granules and rubber powder to provide elastic cushioning.

Textured Filler Layer: Acrylic mixed with refined quartz sand, to form court surface roughness and control ball speed.

Color Top Coat: 2 coats, weather-resistant colored finish layer.

Line Paint: Special water-based acrylic marking paint for court line marking.

Final finished thickness: - Hard court: 1.5-2 mm - Elastic system: 3-5 mm - Professional competition grade: 5-8 mm

4. Construction Parameters

Construction ambient temperature: 5℃～35℃, optimal range: 15-30℃ Ambient relative humidity: ≤85%; No standing water or condensation on substrate. Construction is prohibited in rainy weather.

Substrate Requirements

• Asphalt Substrate: Compact and flat, unidirectional drainage slope of 0.5-0.8%; fully cured.

• Concrete Substrate: Grade C25 or above, curing period ≥28 days; waterproof treatment shall be carried out; cracks shall be properly repaired.

Theoretical Application Rate

• Primer: 0.15-0.20 kg/㎡ per coat

• Reinforcing Levelling Layer: 0.6-0.8 kg/㎡ per coat (mixed with quartz sand)

• Elastic Layer: 0.8-1.2 kg/㎡ per coat (mixed with rubber granules)

• Textured Filler Layer: 0.7-0.9 kg/㎡ per coat (mixed with quartz sand)

• Color Top Coat: 0.3-0.4 kg/㎡ per coat

Tools: Rubber squeegee, roller, trowel, electric mixer, grinding machine. Stir each batch of materials thoroughly before construction.

5. Storage Conditions

Storage temperature: 5-35℃. Freezing is strictly prohibited. Store in original sealed drums; keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Shelf-life: 12 months for unopened original packaging.

6. Performance Features

• Water-borne eco-friendly system, free of asbestos, lead, mercury and other harmful substances.

• Excellent weather resistance and UV resistance; resistant to fading and chalking for long-term outdoor application.

• Water-resistant and water-permeable; realize site drainage together with substrate slope design.

• Moderate elasticity reduces joint impact during sports; excellent anti-slip & wear-resistant property with stable ball rebound performance.

• Available for renovation of old acrylic courts, easy maintenance and repair work.

Actual performance depends on substrate condition, construction process and climatic environment. All data are test values obtained under standard laboratory conditions. Read this document and the corresponding SDS (Safety Data Sheet) completely before construction. Conduct test-patch application on-site to confirm color and construction compatibility before large-area construction. 一、产品简介

纹理填充层：丙烯酸 + 精制石英砂，构建球场粗糙度，调控球速

彩色面涂层 Color Coat：2 道，耐候着色面层

划线漆 Line Paint：球场标线专用水性丙烯酸划线漆

总成型厚度：硬地 1.5-2mm；弹性系统 3-5mm；专业赛事可达 5-8mm

四、施工参数

施工环境温度：5℃～35℃，最佳 15-30℃

环境相对湿度：≤85%；基面不能有水、结露；下雨禁止施工

基础要求

沥青基础：密实平整，坡度 0.5-0.8% 单向排水；养护完成

混凝土基础：C25 以上，养护≥28 天，做防水处理，裂缝修补到位

理论涂布用量

底涂：0.15-0.20 kg/㎡/ 道

增强找平层：0.6-0.8 kg/㎡/ 道（混石英砂）

弹性层：0.8-1.2 kg/㎡/ 道（混橡胶颗粒）

纹理填充层：0.7-0.9 kg/㎡/ 道（混石英砂）

彩色面涂：0.3-0.4 kg/㎡/ 道

工具：橡胶刮耙、滚筒、镘刀、搅拌器、打磨机；每批次材料搅拌均匀再施工

五、储存条件

储存温度：5-35℃，严禁冰冻

密封原装桶存放，远离日晒热源

保质期：原厂未开封 12 个月
